Born November 28, 1932 in Skelton, West Virginia. She attended Bradley Freewill Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Ted Phillips; son, David Biggs; brother, Jack Mays; sisters, Jean Angel and Shirley Pittman.
Those left to cherish her memory include sons, Richard Biggs, Jr (Maple) of LA, Roger Biggs of KY, and Mike Biggs (Mary) of KY; daughter, Diane Furst of OK; brother, Galen Mays of OH; sister, Midge North (Bob) of TN; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Friends may gather with the family Tuesday, March 29, 2016 from 1-2pm at Blue Ridge Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 2pm at the funeral home with Pastor Glen Kuhn officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
