Vicky M. Ramirez

Born on April 26, 1937 in Tempe, Arizona died on December 15, 2011 in Yucaipa, California, at the age of 74. She lived in Cherry Valley for 19 years. She was a nurse for over 20 years and she enjoyed being with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Juan; her parents Andres and Maria Mendez; her siblings, Joe, Billie, Jean, Ray, Rebecca, Roy, Raul, Ignacio and Eva; and her grandson, Steven Ramirez.

She is survived by her 7 children, Andy (Susan) Ramirez, Joe (Laura) Ramirez, John (Cecile) Ramirez, Evalinda (Tom) Troutman, Rose (Steve) McGee, Benjamin (Lisa) Ramirez and Yolanda (Jerry) Frausto; 27 grandchildren, Andy, Alex, Gina, Jessica, Adam, Matthew, Joseph, Lucas, Steven, Raymond, Anthony, Richard, Margarita, JD, Thomas, Marcus, Victoria, Steven, Benjamin, Marlana, Danny, Jerry, Nicole, Jesse, Monica, Johnny and Crystal; and 30 great-grandchildren; and 7 siblings, Brigette, Virginia, Helen, Mary, Nadine, Eleanor and Andy.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM with a Vigil Service beginning at 7:00 PM at Weaver Mortuary Chapel 1177 Beaumont Avenue, Beaumont, CA 92223. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church 1234 Palm Avenue, Beaumont, CA 92223. Interment to follow at Mt. View Cemetery 1315 Edgar Avenue, Beaumont, CA 92223.
