Sandra McDonald Watkins

Sandra McDonald Watkins, known to most as Sandy, 58, passed away on July 21, 2022 in Baytown, Texas. Sandy was born on February 14, 1964 in Baytown, Texas to Leslie and Yvonne McDonald. She was the youngest of 6 children. Sandy married Calvin (Gene) Watkins on December 2, 1982 at Missouri St. Church of Christ where she was a member. They went on to raise three daughters, Heather, Gina and Shannon. Sandra loved being a mother and nana. She was known to be loving, devoted and generous. Among her many hobbies, she enjoyed crafting, playing games with her grandkids and listing to anything Garth Brooks.

Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, Leslie Ray McDonald and Yvonne May McDonald; sister, Shelly Thibodaux; brother, Jeffrey McDonald and brother-in-law, Mike Watkins. She is survived by her husband, Calvin Eugene Watkins; daughters, Heather Watkins, Gina Dixon (Josh Dixon), Shannon Hall (David Hall, Jr.); step-daughter, Shasta Mullins (Jeremy Mullins); granddaughters, Alexis Dixon, Baylee Dixon, Annlee Dixon, Kelsee Dixon, Zoe Dixon, Raylynn Green and Brynlee Green; grandsons, Hunter Dixon, Taylor Dixon, Cameron Mullins and Lane Mullins; great granddaughter Emi Mullins; brother, David McDonald (Pam McDonald); sisters, Connie Watkins and Debbie Hughes (Dale Hughes); brother-in-law, Dennis Thibodaux; special friends, Ricky Isaacks, Jay Isaacks, Tracey Kilby, Melody Gardner and Earl Harmison.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for 11am Monday, August 8, 2022 at Missouri St. Church of Christ, 3400 S. Highway 146 Business, Baytown, Texas 77520.
