Ronald Lance DeLuna

Ronald Lance DeLuna 80, of Baytown, Texas, passed away on October 10th, 2024. He was born in San Antonio, Texas on July 28th, 1944 to Manuel G DeLuna Jr. and Josephine Garza. Ron had a career in retail management for many years working for Grants, TG&Y, McCrory’s, MacFrugals, and Hobby Lobby, where he worked from 1995 until retirement in 2021. He was a member of the NRA and enjoyed working in his yard, fishing, collecting hot wheels, and being a firearm enthusiast.

Ronald was preceded in death by his mother, Josephine G DeLuna, his grandmother Josefina Ortiz Garza, grandfather Alejandro Garza, and his aunt Susan Garza. He is survived by his wife, Mary DeLuna, daughter Crystal Garcia and husband, Arthur Garcia. Also a son, Christopher DeLuna. His cousin Sandi Karam and husband Gerry Karam, cousin Mick Garza and partner John O’Steen, his niece Terri Moore, and sister in law, Margie Harvey.

A visitation for Ronald will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Navarre Funeral Home, 2444 Rollingbrook Drive, Baytown, TX 77521. Funeral service will take place on Friday, October 18, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Navarre Funeral Home with a committal to occur Monday, October 21, 2024 at 10:15 AM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038.
