Margaret Probst, 81, of Baytown, went to be with the Lord and Savior Aug. 19, 2011. She was very family oriented and she loved children. She served her friends in Baytown as a bookkeeper and tax preparer. She was a member of Highlands First Baptist Church and VFW 5621 Ladies Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Richard Probst; brothers, James and Joe Bohley and sister, Milred Ellis.
She is survived by her children, Steven Probst, Larry Probst and wife Des, Henry Probst and wife Gina, Margie Michalsky, and husband Jimmie and Joe Probst and wife Sharon; numerous other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, Aug. 26, 2011, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Earthman Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be Saturday, Aug. 27, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
