Jennifer Strickland, 59, of Baytown was born February 11, 1946 in Baytown and passed away Saturday, April 16, 2005 at her home. She was a 1963 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family, attending her grandkids ballgames, and late night shopping at Wal-Mart. She loved cats and even fed neighborhood cats that did not belong to her.
Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Monday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 19, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Stafford officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Evelyn Jones and is survived by her husband, Rudy Strickland of Baytown; daughters and son-in-law, Steffani and Russ Capps of La Porte and Kristina Strickland of Baytown; son, Steve Strickland of Huffman; and grandchildren, Minnie Strickland and Cory Capps.
