Jennifer Marie Eagle-Gardner, 23, of Baytown, formerly Dayton was born January 24, 1984 in Dundee, Scotland and passed away Saturday, March 3, 2007 in a Galveston hospital. She was a 2002 honor graduate of Dayton High School, where she was a member of the Art Club and a veterinarian’s assistant. She was currently a nursing student at Lee College. She loved animals, art, fairies, the color pink, and chocolate and had the largest capacity for forgiveness and compassion and saw the good in everyone.
She is survived by her husband, Lucas Gardner of Baytown; father and stepmother, Mark E. and Rose Robinson of Brandywine, WV; mother and stepfather, Debra K. and Michael Eagle of Batson; sisters, Elizabeth Eagle and Rebecca Eagle, both of Baytown and Lauren Eagle and Kaitlin Eagle, both of Batson; grandparents, Geraldine and Jerry W. Dobkins of Batson and Mildred Robinson of Shreveport, LA; father-in-law and mother-in-law, AC and Melanie Harper of Baytown; and aunt and uncle, Sarah and Douglas Thornhill and cousins, Justin and Jacob Thornhill, all of Batson.
Serving as pallbearers will by Kevin Andress, Jim Harrelson, Cody Greenlee, Chad Kindle, Douglas Thornhill, and William Hergemueller.
Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Thursday, March 8, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Nick Novak officiating. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Dayton.
