Brenda was born to Wayne and Lillian Luedicke on December 24, 1964 in Baytown, Texas. She graduated from Sterling High school in 1983 and resided in Highlands, Texas. She was married to her loving husband of 23 years, Butch Pate, and was an amazing mother to her daughter Amber Vestal.
She was strong, independent, and caring. She loved animals just as much as she did people and rescued her dog, Poppy and bunny, Socks. She was creative and could make anything you could imagine. She even helped her Dad build his home back in the 90’s and was definitely a daddy’s girl. She got her talents from her dad, Wayne, who was a carpenter and taught her. She did craft shows, ran a craft store, and built store fronts for her cook off teams. She loved BBQ and won many awards at cook offs. She got her cooking skills from her Cajun family and made the best chili and red beans & rice. Brenda also had a love for classic rock and the best taste in music. Bob Seger, Def Leppard, and AC/DC were a few of her fav's.
She is survived by: Her husband Butch Pate, daughter, Amber Vestal, Son in law Cody Vestal, Father, Wayne Luedicke, Mother, Lillian Luedicke, brother, Lewis Luedicke, Sister, Teresa Boudreaux and brother in law Ronnie Boudreaux. She also leaves behind many to cherish her memory, her step son Josh Pate, daughter in law Shelby Pate, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, many cousins, and friends.
