Bonnie L. Hendrix

Bonnie L. Hendrix, 82, of Baytown was born September 29, 1928 in Franklin, TX and passed away Friday, May 27, 2011 in a Galveston healthcare facility. She was a graduate of Cedar Bayou High School and a longtime member of Cedar Bayou Grace United Methodist Church. She retired from GTE.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Hubert Shepherd and Donald Hendrix. She is survived by her son, Frank J. Shepherd of Galveston; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Freda Fulton of Mount Holly, NJ; and numerous nieces.

Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Graveside services will be at Cedarcrest Cemetery Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Carol Turner officiating.
