Nicky Vincent Guercio Jr.

Nicky Vincent Guercio, Jr., native of Baton Rouge, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at the age of 60. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, coach, mentor, and friend. Nicky was a gun enthusiast, who loved competition shooting, winning many competitions. He loved his family and loved spending time with his grandchildren. Nicky loved his country and was an American History buff. He gave the best hugs and handshakes and would help anyone in anyway he could. One of his greatest accomplishments was coaching and mentoring the Vipers teams in youth sports. Any child that came into his home, he treated like his own. He will be greatly missed by many. He is preceded in death by his parents, Nick and Jeanne Guercio; sister, Toni Crenshaw. He is survived by his children, Shelly Chambers, Carl Ciulla, Jennifer Floyd, Nicky Guercio III; eight grandchildren; one brother; two sisters; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Pallbearers will be: Baylor Cutrer, Todd Crenshaw, CJ Stafford, Corey Guercio, Ben Chambers, Gaige Guercio, Kale Ciulla, and Gino Guercio. A visitation will be held Tuesday, January 25, 2022 from 4pm - 7pm. Visitation will resume Wednesday, January 26, 2022 from 12:30 - 1:30 with a funeral service to begin at 1:30 pm at Greenoaks Funeral Home. 9595 Florida Blvd. Baton Rouge, LA 70815
