Mary Alice Kirkpatrick

Mary was preceded in death by her two husbands. Joseph Brown and Kenneth Kirkpatrick. Parents, Joe and Inez White, three sisters Frances White, Dorothy Gibbs and Betty Coleman.

Survived by six children, Mary Jo Guedon (Bob), Paula Smith (Robert), Richard (Ricky) Brown (Donna) ,Michael Kirkpatrick(Dana) Alison Gardner (Craig) and Karla Kirkpatrick. Thirteen grandchildren Emily Guedon, Natalie Segrest, Joseph Guedon, Angela Robinson Kristen McGraw Dana Sanchez, Jason Brown , Codi Farist, Kelli Kirkpatrick, Alex Kirkpatrick, Grant, Tyler and Maggie Gardner. Nineteen great grandchildren, Caleb, Eden ,Lily Grace , Seth, Luke and Rosie Robinson, Hollis Lee and Emery McGraw, Lindsey ,Halle and Jack Peterman, Brooke and Griffin Segrest, Karlie and Piper Guedon, Brady and Byrson Sanchez, Walker Brown and Ryan Jo Farist.

She worked for Louisiana National Bank, for many years. After leaving the bank she started a new career as wedding coordinator with her husband. They enjoyed many years working together.

The family would like to express sincere appreciation to the wonderful sitters for all their loving care during her long illness. Also, thank you to Hospice of Baton Rouge, especially nurse Charmaine Parent who brought loving compassionate care to her.

Pallbearers Joseph Guedon, Jason Brown ,Joseph Robinson, Jason McGraw ,Brad Segrest, Caleb Robinson, Alex Kirkpatrick, Grant Gardner and Tyler Gardner.

Services will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home,Visitation,Thursday,April 27,2017 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.Visitation Friday, April 28,2017 from 9:00am to 10:00am.Funeral starting at 10:00am.Burial at Greenoaks Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers donation may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Parkview Baptist Church and First Baptist Church of Zachary.
