Louise Kleinpeter Hoffman

Louise Kleinpeter Hoffman, age 89, peacefully passed away on July 27, 2023 in Baton Rouge Louisiana. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed by family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Louis B. and Lucille Harelson Kleinpeter, 12 siblings and her son, Mark Louis Hoffman. She is survived by eight children (and their spouses) including Donald Hoffman Jr. (Valerie), Sheryl Richardson (Daniel), Gail Hoffman-Jackson, Carol Toney (Stephen), John Hoffman, Barbara McKinney (Don), Ralph Hoffman (Terri) and David Hoffman. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Louise graduated from St. Joseph Academy in Baton Rouge and continued her education while attending business school. She was a lifetime parishioner of St. George Catholic Church in Baton Rouge. Her life was dedicated to her family and children, all of whom admired her guidance and devotion to her faith. Visitation will begin at 9:30 in the morning on August 3, 2023 at St. George Catholic Church, 7808 St. George Drive, Baton Rouge, followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
