Lacey Lynn LeBlanc

A loving mother, daughter, sister, and aunt was tragically taken away along with her daughter on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at the age of 31. She worked at Baton Rouge General as a labor and delivery Registered Nurse. Lacey had a huge heart and it showed in her passion to care for patients. This passion overflowed into her daily life with family, friends, and all those around her. She had a beautiful smile and a contagious laugh that will be remembered forever. She was accompanied in death by her daughter, Brooklynn Paige Leblanc. She is survived by her son, Caleb Joseph Leblanc; parents, Terril and Fran Lemoine; two brothers, Neil Lemoine and wife, Bridget and Brett Lemoine and wife Caresa; eight nieces and nephews, Austen, Dariyn, Kailyn, Hailey Lemoine, Joshua, Elizabeth, Matthew, and Catherine Gatz; two aunts, Linda Lemoine and Helen Roblin and numerous cousins. She is preceded in death by grandparents, Lawrence and Frances Folse and Herbert and Mildred Lemoine; three uncles, LJ Lemoine, Clyde Lemoine, Hubert Roblin. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Saturday, August 20, 2016, from 9 AM until 11 AM. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St. Thomas More Catholic Church at 12 PM. Interment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
