Kimberly Walter Clark, Sr.

Kimberly Walter Clark, Sr., age 97, entered the gates of Heaven on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, with family by his side. He was a native of Escanaba, MI, and was a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, LA. After 35 years of service, he retired from Gulf States Electric. He was a huge fan of NASCAR, and enjoyed gardening and working with his hands. Kimberly had a wealth of knowledge and was always ready to give a helping hand no matter what. He showed love through acts of service and quality time. Above all, his greatest joy was his family. His faith in Jesus was strong as it got him through tough times in his life.

Kimberly is survived by his children, Kimberly W. Clark, Jr. (Weda), and Donnis Boyd (Darryl); grandchildren, Casey Clark (Keri), Jake Clark (Janna), DaLana Billings (Brandon), and Landon Boyd (Cassandra); and great-grandchildren, Ella Clare, Cole, Bennet, Thomas, Anniston, Adley, and Averly.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy B. Clark; son, Wendell S. Clark; parents, Walter and Myrtle Clark; and brother, Keith Clark. Visitation will be at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA, on Monday, January 8, 2024, from 9am until the time of funeral services at 12pm.
