Jeff M. DavidLongtime Livingston Parish News publisher Jeff McHugh David died Monday morning, Oct. 26, 2015, at his home. David worked and continued to write his award-winning twice weekly column "Ways and Means" until mid-September when he was diagnosed with advanced stage cancer and entered treatment. A longtime resident of Denham Springs, he is survived by his wife, Nancy Estill David; their son, J. McHugh David Jr.; a daughter, Ashleigh David Vasquez; and a granddaughter, Elizabeth Baudoin. The family has planned a small, family-only ceremony Thursday morning at Roselawn Memorial Park in Baton Rouge. Rabenhorst Funeral Home handled arrangements.
