Jean Domengeaux Deville died peacefully at the home of her daughter in Baton Rouge on June 28, 2021. She was two days away from her 90th birthday. Jean was born and raised in Baton Rouge and attended Istrouma High School. She worked at Louisiana State Police-Department of Public Safety where she retired in 1983. She is predeceased by her loving husband Norris James Deville, her parents Woodlin A. and Alice Dyer Domengeaux, sister Rosalie Hawkins and brother Woodlin A. Domengeaux, Jr. She will forever be remembered by her children Cathy Deville Weeks (Mike), Keith Deville (Sharon), grandchildren Jared Weeks, Jennifer Weeks Lossett (Chuck), Jason Deville (Elba) and Terry Deville, great grand-daughter Amiyah Deville, and her loving sister Patricia Ward (Malcom) along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to have known her. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, July 31, 2021, 10am, Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to a charity of your choice.
