Brady Harris, beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away from this earthly life on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at the age of 57. Brady was born on August 21, 1967 in Baton Rouge, LA to Christine Harris. Brady grew up in a close-knit family and was raised with a strong sense of community, love for Christ, and love for others. He was the Owner and Operator of Cut and Trim Lawn Service for 30 years.
Brady was married for 31 years to the love of his life, Nicole Harris and to this union 4 children were born. He was baptized at an early age and attended Jr. High and High School in Baton Rouge, LA.
Brady leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Nicole Harris; sons, Brady Harris, Jr. and Jordan Harris; daughters, Brandi Harris, Justiss Harris, Charity Winfield, and Kena Perry; grandchildren, Bailee Georgetown, Mason Georgetown, Justin Georgetown, Jr., Brady Harris, III, Micah Winfield, and Autumn Jackson; mother, Christine Harris; mother-in-law, Betty Hatter Perry; brothers, George Elvis Barnes (Dallas, TX), Tonia Ray (Megan) Harris, and Monroe McManus; sisters, Logina (Eric) Jones, Lagia Williams (James Curtis), Jackie Harris, and Renell McManus; sisters-in-law, Jewell Ricard, Degangela (Ronald) Domino, Sara (Lloyd) Collins; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Brady was preceded in death by his grandmother, Estelle G. Harris; uncle, Willie Harris; aunt, Samella Harris; great-nephews, Cecil Williams and Taydrian Williams; and his sister, Carolyn Griffin.
A visitation for Brady will be held Tuesday, November 19, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, La. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 12:00 PM at Greenoaks Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA.
