A loving wife, mother, grandmother, she was a retired LPN, and a resident of Baton Rouge, and a native of South Carolina. Visitation will be at Greenoaks Funeral Home 9595 Florida Blvd. on Saturday March 9, 2013 from 10am till service time at 12pm. Interment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Betty is survived by her husband of 32 years Raymond Fisher, daughter Tanis Lynette Lyles, two step-daughters Lee Courville and husband Martin, and Shauntelle Fisher,and fiancee' Brian Browning, sister Peggy Waters, three half-sisters Mary Ann Peterson and Micky Ross, and Linda Metzer, two half-brother Jimmy and Robert Warr, eight grandchildren. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, son Todd W. Andrews, and half-sister Margaret Brooks . Pallbearers will be Brennon, Brett, Blase, and Martin Courville, Dakota Fisher and Brian Browning.
