She was born in Martinsville on March 28, 1977 to Jerry Wayne Moore and Barbara Ann Gilley Moore. Sabrina was a 1995 graduate of Carlisle High School and a 1999 graduate of Old Dominion University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Service Counseling. She served as a CASA Coordinator for Focus on Youth of Martinsville, before becoming a stay-at-home mother to her three children, Adrianna Grace Eames, Blake Daniel Eames, and Christian Alexander Scott Eames. She used her voice to advocate on behalf of those who could not speak for themselves. This voice was also used in praise to God as a singer and is now lending that voice to angelic choruses. She attended Community Fellowship.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Riley and Eldean Gilley and a paternal grandfather, Forest Grady Moore.
In addition to her parents and children, she is survived by her husband, Richard Daniel Eames of the home; stepmother, Trona Moore of Martinsville; a brother, Tim Moore and wife, Michelle of Martinsville; mother-in-law, Fran Scott and husband, Charles of Collinsville; father-in-law, Richard Eames and wife, Jennifer of Danville, three sisters-in-law, Marlene Eames Woods and husband, Jim of Martinsville, Dana Eames Waddell and husband, Brian of Martinsville, and Rachel Eames of Danville; brother-in-law, Daniel Eames of Danville; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Collins Funeral Home in Bassett with the Pastor Michael Harrison officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at Collins Funeral Home and other times at the home of her father and stepmother at 17 Wingfield Orchard Road in Martinsville.
Interment will follow at Roselawn Burial Park.
