Born in Patrick County on July 14, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Cleve Rorrer and Nellie Hopkins Rorrer. Also preceding her in death was her husband of 66 years, Roy Andrew Craig, sisters, Dade Lovell, Kitty Hollandsworth, Josie Lawson, brothers, Edward Rorrer, Cecil Rorrer, Stowell Rorrer, and a granddaughter, Jane S. Craddock.
She was a longtime member of Pocahontas Bassett Baptist Church, and formerly worked for DuPont. Losia was devoted to Roy and her children and grandchildren as a full time homemaker.
Surviving are her daughter Tammy C. Sharpe of Bassett, sons Don G. Craig of Collinsville and Keith A. Craig and his wife Cindy of Ridgeway, six grandchildren, Amy Clark, Greg Craig, Caitlin Craig, Dillon Craig, Bry Hill, Cameron Sharpe, and four great-grandchildren, Lauren Clark, Chloe Craddock, Ava Craddock, and Tobiah Craddock.
The funeral service will be at 11 A.M. Tuesday, August 5, 2014, at Collins Funeral Home in Bassett with the Rev. Dr. Jim Hewitt officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 P.M. Monday at Collins Funeral Home, and at other times, at her home.
