Mrs. Kathleen Turner Dillon, age 83 of Fieldale, VA passed away on February 21, 2024. Mrs. Dillon was born on April 16, 1940 in Martinsville, VA to the late John Reed Turner and the late Texas Craig Turner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Arthur Turner (Virginia), Euell Turner (Sylvia), Frank Turner (June), Irey Turner, Leonard Turner (Juanita), Henry Turner, sisters, Mae Hylton (Alvin), Minnie Hylton (Odelis). She was retired from Bassett-Walker. If you ever met Miss Kitty, you were forever blessed by her presence. Her faith and love for our savior Jesus Christ was beyond evident. She enjoyed baking her cakes and her home style cooking. She always took care of her family. She enjoyed her yard sales. She never met a stranger and always left you with a smile. Her love for her family will live on for many generations. This is not goodbye, it is simply “Til We Meet Again” Mrs. Dillon is survived by her husband, Richard Dillon, Mrs. Kathleen Turner Dillon, age 83 of Fieldale, VA passed away on February 21, 2024.daughter, Wendy Prillaman (Ricky), son, Rick Dillon (Ruthie), granddaughter, Amber Brooks (Levi), great grandson, Ezra Brooks, sister-in-law, Nita Turner, several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at 4:00 PM at Collins Funeral Home, 30 Riverside Hwy, Bassett, VA.
