Gregory Hairston

Gregory A. Hairston, age 43 of Fieldale, VA passed away on Monday, July 29, 2024. Gregory was born on March 5, 1981 to the late James Roy Hairston and Jackie Hairston Hairston, who survives. He was a member of Mount Moriah Apostolic Church. He attended Bassett High School and worked at the Stanleytown Furniture Factory. He was in the Marching Band and the JROTC. He loved Thanksgiving and Christmas. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Leslie Oliva Hairston Williams, Aunt, Mary Ann Hairston, Nephew, Matthew Adam Hairston and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. A Graveside Service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 3, 2024 in the Hairston Family Cemetery, Bassett, VA.
