He was born February 15, 1995 in Peoria, the son of Garry Lee Gardner and Dawn Courtney Brackney. Tyler is survived by his parents, Dawn Brackney of Bartonville and Garry (Kim) Gardner of Tremont; one half-brother, Dillon Yocum; one half-sister, Allisyn Yocum; maternal grandfather, John Brackney of New Boston; paternal grandparents, Garry (Linda) Gardner of Princeville; maternal great-grandmother, Helen Alder of Peoria; paternal great-grandmother, Mary Lou Gardner of Bartonville; Uncle Chris (Jodie) Brackney of Peoria; Aunt Lucinda (Dustyn) Elliott of Tuscon, AZ; Aunt Tiffany (Timothy) Gazza of Princeville; Several Cousins that really loved him.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mary Jane Brackney; his maternal great-grandmother, Virginia Mullen, maternal great-grandfather, Jack Mullen, paternal great-grandfather, Joe Gardner and paternal great-grandparents, Keith and Lucy McCabe.
Tyler was full of life and enjoyed fishing, skateboarding, and riding his dirt bike with friends and family. Tyler always had a big heart and willing to lend a helping hand to whomever needed it. Tyler worked construction as a roofer until his death.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 10:00 am at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Visitation will be Monday evening, December 18, 2017 from 4-7:00 pm also at the chapel. Pastor Jack Thompson will officiate.
Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery.
