Marie Ann Pryor

She was born 1914, in Trivoli to Hermann and Gesena (Johnson) Campen. She married Russell Pryor in 1943. She was predeceased by him, one sister and three brothers.

Surviving are daughters: Carol Divis of Lindenhurst, IL, Linda Pryor (Topolsky) of North Bethesda, MD, five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. The family is grateful to Larry Harken who lovingly helped care for Marie for many years, and Odette Matumuyeni Luyala, her devoted caretaker in Lincolnshire.

Marie attended the Historic Eden School in Hanna City, was a homemaker, and an accomplished seamstress.

She was a member of Bartonville St. John Lutheran Church, where she was active in Mission Circle and Leisure Group. She was a member of the Bartonville VFW Post 3883 and Bartonville American Legion Post 979 Ladies Auxiliary.

Funeral services are Friday, April 18, at 12 Noon at St. John Lutheran Church with Rev. Michael Jones officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services, with burial following in church cemetery. Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
