Ann was born in Bartlett, TX, on July 19, 1930, to the late Eugene Raeke and Josephine Wilson Raeke. She graduated from Temple High School and pursued a degree in nursing. She married Billy Curtis Latham on July 1, 1950. They were married for almost 40 years, cut short by his death in 1990.
She worked at Scott and White Hospital in Temple for a number of years and finished her career at First National Bank of Holland, leaving that position to care for her aging parents. After the death of her husband she enjoyed volunteering at the gift shop at Scott and White Hospital and helping out during the holiday season at Green's Sausage House. She loved playing bingo and spending time with family and friends. She often worked the elections in Holland.
Ann is survived by her two daughters, Patti Wrenn and Ted of Round Rock, and Billye Green and Marvin of Temple; her six grandchildren, Shea Hinds and Mike of Abilene, TJ Wrenn and Liz of Round Rock, Lacey Wrenn of Round Rock, Chad Green and Avery of Temple, Kyle Green and Lindsay of Temple, and Todd Green and Alicia of Lampasas; her 12 great grandchildren, Michael, Hunter, and Bailey Hinds, Kenadie Wrenn, Anya Reese, Elise, Cooper, Caleb, Mason, Weston, Wyatt, and Walker Green; and many nieces and nephews.
Ann is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her brother, Charles Raeke, and her sister Jean Heisch Miller.
A Visitation will be held on Friday April 19, 2024 from 5pm-7pm at Goodnight Funeral Home.
Ann so loved her family and will be missed by all.
