Leo Brant Campbell

Leo Brant Campbell, 88, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2016. Mr. Campbell’s greatest passion in life was The Ford/Lincoln Motor Company. He enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors. On any given day after retirement Mr. Campbell would enjoy telling his life stories and sharing memories with friends. He was active in his church family, serving as a Deacon and an Elder at different congregations. As his love for his family never wavered he started a family vacation every year at the Crystal Cove Resort in Henderson Arkansas. Mr. Campbell enjoyed traveling and experiencing new places with his wife. He will be remembered for his contagious smile, loving stories, and his excellent waffles. He is preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Gwen Campbell. Survivors include two daughters, Claudia Campbell Curtis (Larry) and Carol Campbell Parker (Curtis); four grandchildren, Kelley Curtis Cowley, Brianna Curtis Jones, Curtis Scott Parker, and Wesley Brant Parker. He also leaves behind 10 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Saturday, December 10, 2016, from 1-2:00 pm with the service to follow at Great Oaks Church of Christ, 3355 Brunswick Rd. Memphis, TN 38133. Interment will be at Memphis Memory Gardens 6444 Raleigh LaGrange Rd. Memphis, TN 38134. In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital P.O.
