Martha Denise Delk, 56 of Memphis died on October 3, 2010 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. She was born on December 20, 1953 in Memphis to Dennis Joseph Bishop Jr. and Martha Frances Bishop. She was a member of Bartlett Hills Baptist Church and worked in Accounts Receivables for many years. She is survived by her husband, William Delk of the home; her mother, Martha Frances Bishop; daughter, Dee Dee Nichols of Memphis; son, Allen Ridgell of Memphis; sisters, Betty Hayes and Marilyn Bishop, both of Memphis; six granddaughters and six grandsons. Visitation will be 12 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 6, both at Memphis Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, Germantown Rd. Interment will follow in Bartlett Ellendale Cemetery.
