So thankful for this day. This was one week before your accident. I will make sure little Brinley and all your future great grand babies know what an amazing and Godly woman their Gigi was. You have a second one on the way in March when Cayla’s little boy is due to arrive. I love you mom and I miss you every day of my life. And I hate not getting to share these moments with you.❤️

We are so terribly sorry for the loss of Ms. Carol. She was a sweet and generous lady. She helped so many and still made time for her family. I know she will be missed greatly. Praying God’s comfort and peace for y’all. I’m sorry I missed her celebration of life. Keith told me it was really special like Ms. Carol was.❤️

I have followed Carol’s journey since her accident and have prayed for you all along the way. I am so sorry for your great loss but so happy that Carol has received the eternal reward that Jesus has promised us! Sam, you and Carol were a huge part of guiding and caring for me and my spiritual growth during the singles ministry at Central. Thank you for all of the love that you poured into us. I will never forget your continued care for me when I left Memphis and moved back to Grenada (Holcomb) when I became so ill. You guys ministered to me even at that distance. I have so many treasured memories of that time and Carol was always the exhorter and encourager through difficulties. God bless you all and I will keep you in prayer. Love,

In Heaven, I hope we can sit around and, because our minds will be perfected, Carol can relate stories from 20 years ago. She can point to those that God used her as the tool for their entrance into heaven. What a day that will be, when our Jesus we shall see! I know that she is exhilarated as she enjoys the fruit of the crowns that she came with!

Carol will always have a special place in our hearts for the support and encouragement she provided in very challenging times. We will always be grateful. She was such a faithful servant and model of Christian love.  We are praying for peace and comfort for you Sam as you navigate life here on earth without Carol. Praise God we do not grieve as those who have no hope and you will be reunited with your bride.

What an inspiration and godly role model. I was heartbroken to hear the news of her passing. That was then I had a weird, knotted feeling in my stomach, thinking that can't be right. I haven't seen her in a few years since age 17, now 22, but when I did, I don't regret it cause she was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She sure made some really good friends along the way cause I knew she was the right person that God had put in mine and so many others' lives.  I remember seeing her at, I want to say some event or banquet at Central Church ( not 100% sure) and before she got in line to get food, she came over to where I was sitting at the time and stood close by my left side with my nana on the other.  My heart would race a bit, but in a good way. My nana told her my name and after she did, she  looked in my eyes and rubbed my back with her right hand with ever so sweet strokes for a good minute. That's something that tells you how caring she was as a person and I knew she cared about me right from the start, and she sure cared for everyone else, too around her and others she loved. I will never forget this moment.  One other thing I remember is that her and Mr. Sam came to my grandma's funeral ( my dad's mom) a few years ago and they were there to support us. I'm so blessed to have known her, even if it was a short time. I sure loved her and I have already been feeling that she's nearby.  I ended up listening to two of Lauren Daigle songs on K-LOVE recently, one different one for each of the three nights I listened to before bed, such as You Say and Rescue and her smiling down on us and with the sun shining brightly in the sky, she will never really leave us. She sure has left an amazing legacy.  I think she knew it was needed and that still is in this time of grief, which will be a long road. She will surely be missed by all. Such a sweet woman!  Praying for her sweet family 🙏🕊️ I love you so much, Mrs. Carol Ann! 💞 Can't wait to see you again! 

I am very sorry for the loss of such a beautiful and wonderful woman who loved to share her love of Christ to others. She always put others before herself. She helped me and my children in more ways than i can count. My heart goes out to her family. I loved her and will miss her greatly. There is a hole in my heart but I know that she has left a legacy that will go on for years to come and she is with the Lord   She will be missed by many.   I love you Ms Carol. And my heart goes out to you  Sam and your sons and grandchildren.
