Billy Albert Darnell “G-Daddy,” 86, of Bartlett, Tennessee passed away on June 10th. He was a member of Schoolfield Baptist Church, where he was a Deacon for many years. He was a soldier in the US Army, and he was proud to serve his country. He was a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge. He retired from ABF after driving a truck for 30 years. He loved driving trucks, but he was the happiest when he was on his mower cutting grass. He also loved sitting on his bench, and watering the flowers, or watching his great-grandkids in the pool. Billy and Bernice were high school sweethearts, and just celebrated their 66th Anniversary. She was the love of his life, and they loved holding hands. G-daddy’s grandkids and great grandkids were the loves of his life. He never missed any ballgame or activity they had. He was their # 1 Fan.
