Sarah Jane Blankenheim

June 26th 1961- January 12th 2024

Sarah was born in Onslow, North Carolina to John Mark Blankenheim Sr. and Mary Evelyn

(Carter) Blankenheim. They proceed to her in death.

She is also preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers. John Mark Blankenheim Jr., Hazel

Louise (Blankenheim) Mason, Mary Mildred Blankenheim, and Lloyd Joseph Blankenheim.

She is survived by five children. Matthew Blankenheim, Andrew Blankenheim, Ashley Blankenheim,

Allison Blankenheim, and Emily Blankenheim.

Four grandchildren Mason Wayne Scagnetti, Maddison Leanne Marie Scagnetti, Amilia. Rose

Phillips, and Amaya Hazel Lynn Neumann.

As well as many beloved nieces and nephews.
