Wilbert Timm

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Wilbert (Willie) Timm, late of Barrhead, AB formerly of Meadowview, AB on September 20th, 2012 at the age of 74 years. He is survived by his loving family; his wife of 48 years, Elaine Timm (nee Price), his two sons; Michael (Sherri-May) Timm of Rich Valley, AB and Darryell (Pam) Timm of Stony Plain, AB, his grandchildren; Anthony Timm, Dustin Timm, Aaron Timm, Jonathon Hotchkiss, Katryna (Nathan) Hotchkiss-Sloat, J.J. “Seamus” Sperling, Wade Sperling, and Kirstyn Sperling, brother Rudolph Timm, sister Erma (Len) Peterson, brother-in-law Wayne Price, step-brother Bill (Karen) Keach, mother-in-law May Keach, special uncle Ralph Leas, extra special nephew Richard Timm of B.C. and many numerous other family and many dear friends. Willie was predeceased by his parents Benjamin and Florentina Timm, his brothers Erwin Timm and Leneord Timm, sister-in-law Lilly Timm (nee Darling), brother-in-law Gary Price and sister-in-law Helen Timm. Willie created the Meadowview Lutheran Historical Society and was actively involved in the maintenance and promotion of the history and workings of the church. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, September 25th, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Barrhead United Church with Reverend Chris White officiating. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Barrhead Health Care Centre Equipment Fund for an Airbed.
