Jacob Beck

July 21, 1916 – October 17, 2012

Mr. Jacob (Jack) Beck, late Barrhead, AB, formerly of Manola, AB, passed away on October 17, 2012 at the age of 96 years. He is survived by his loving family; Harold (Barbara) Beck of Barrhead, AB, Garry (Hattie) Beck of Barrhead, AB, and Betty (Dale) Hosack of Cold Stream, BC; eight grandchildren, Shannon (Nathan Hewitt), Janine Brown, Faye (Willie Kuric), Jolie (Ian Flewell), Amber (Jamie Sinclair), Kami Hosack, Jordin (Kristy) Beck, and Kelsy (Angie) Hosack; fifteen great-grandchildren, Janaya and Kasiah Hewitt, Shanelle and Kiara Brown, Ashton, Kiran and Logan Flewell, Janelle and Rylee Sinclair, Karyssa, Janessa and Ryder Hosack, Faith Beck, Hope Dryden, and Dryden Yanick; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Albert and Ilene Lorenz; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jacob is predeceased by his parents, Christian and Emilie Beck; wife, Emma; and two sisters, Mary of BC and Martha of Barrhead, AB. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 26, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Barrhead Church of God with Pastor Ryan Sturge officiating.
