Mr Ford Brown

Ford Brown, age 85, of Payne Hollow Road Bimble, KY passed away Thursday at his residence. Ford was born on August 20, 927 in Knox County to the late George and Pearly Brown. Besides his parents Ford was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Brown, one son Roy Brown, one daughter Sundine Nottingham, four sisters Hazel Gray, Rachel Messer, Fannie Baker, and Virgie Stewart, and four brothers Jesse, Lewis, Kasey, and Stacy. Ford was survived by one son Bleve Brown of Bimble, six daughters Virginia Neal of East Bernstadt, Joyce Lowe of Girdler and her husband James, Ruby Broughton and her husband Quinton of Barbourville, Debbie Simmons of Jarvis, Brenda Mcvey and her husband Jesse of Bimble, and Teresa Lambert and her husband Tommy of Bimble, Ford was also survived by a sister Virginia Eve of Richmond, KY. Ford also leaves behind 34 grandchildren and 60 plus great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Ford Brown will be conducted Tuesday at 1PM at the Hampton Funeral Home with Charles Eversole and Charles Hensley officiating. Burial will follow at the Brown Family Cemetery at Payne Hollow. The family will receive friends after 6PM Monday at the Hampton Funeral Home.
