Magee. Shortly after she turned 18 she married the love of her life, L.H. "Chuck" Bryant. Soon
after they got married, she started riding horses and found she loved the sport of barrel racing. And run them she did. She was the first President of the California Girls Rodeo Association, and was a lifetime gold card member of the Women's Professional Rodeo Association. For many years she and Chuck would train barrel racing horses and team roping horses. They would travel the state going to as many rodeos they could get to.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband Chuck, her parents and her son Steve. She is survived by her children Bruce and his children, Rebecca (Keaton) Margaret, and Beth (Matt). Jeff and his wife Julie and their children Colton and Carson. Bill and his wife Teeter and their children Mandie (Shane), Bill, Cam and Cory. 14 Great Grandchildren. Her very special Care Giver Patti Malson.
Phyllis will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday May 30, 2014. Viewing will be from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Hillcrest Memorial
Park in the Garden of Peace.
