Lupe Suarez Ramos

Lupe Suarez-Ramos "Nola" June 6, 1945 - February 11, 2012 Lupe was born in Firebaugh, California and raised in Bakersfield, California. She is preceded in death by her mother, Maria Victoria Romero, grandmother Isabel (Mi NaNa) Romero, her sons, Nick F. Ramos and Lupe Ramos and 4 brothers, Frank Garcia, Jessie Vega, Fernando (Crow) Suarez and Joe LoRona. She is survived by her husband Clemente Ramos and 5 sons and 5 daughters; Rocky Ramos, Mary Ramos, Gloria Andriano, Frankie Ramos, Clemente Jr. Ramos, Santos Ramos, Frances Lara, Victoria J. Ramos, Domingo B. Ramos and Teresa Ramos; 1 sister Eva Beas and 3 brothers, Domingo Maldonado, Nick Garcia and Robert (Bobby) Vega and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Lupe will be remembered by her family as a devoted wife, dedicated mother, loving grandmother and kind sister. She was a homemaker for over 50 years providing love and support for her family. Lupe will also be remembered for her sense of humor, giving spirit and her strong will to live. Mom we love you dearly. You will be missed always and forever remain in our hearts. You are now in a better place with your beloved sons and family where there is no more suffering in the loving hands of our heavenly father. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 17th, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, and a chapel service will be held on Saturday, February 18th, at 11:00am both at Hillcrest Mortuary, 9101 Kern Canyon Road. Interment will follow. A gathering for friends and family will be held at World of Pentecost (3025 South Fairfax Road, Bakersfield, CA 93307) following the burial.
