He was a little impatient and was born at home being the first baby delivered by the fire department.
Kelly was active in Special Olympics playing floor hockey, basketball and softball. He enjoyed bowling, especially when he would beat us.
He enjoyed working at NAPD and attending Mercie's Day Program.
He was also a shopaholic , he always wanted new coloring books but would never color them.
On the morning of December 12, 2023, he peacefully exited this world in his sleep.
He is survived by his parents, Will and Sue Frantz as well as sisters Kimberly and Heidi (Ben). Additionally he is survived by nephews Matthew, Christian (Harley), Al (Sasha), Josh (Shay), Sean (Cynthia), Brandon, Caleb and niece Rebecca. He was also a great uncle to three nieces, Ari, Lilly and Gisele and one nephew, Connor.
He will be greatly missed. He knew how to light up a room, sometimes like a bull in a china closet and loved a good meal. Of course his favorite was a Filet of Fish or pizza.
Chapel Visitation will be January 4, 2024 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am followed by Chapel Service followed immediately by Graveside Service.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Special Olympics of Kern County in his name.
