Gertrude (Trudy) Jean Coy was born to Alfred Louis and Cea Marie Rose Fournier in Barre Vermont. Trudy was 13 years old when her mother Cea passed away. Later, Trudy moved to Pasadena, California with her sister Arlene and brother-in-law Nelson Camire. While attending school in Pasadena, California, she was introduced to Jack Walton Coy whom she married in 1948. Jack passed away in 1994.
Trudy leaves behind four children: Marie Rose Vestal, Frances Elaine Tellyer, Barbara Ann Dewoody (husband) Danny and Robert Walton Coy (Wife) Renee.
Both Trudy and Jack were active members in "Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge" for many years. Trudy retired from Thrifty Drug Stores after 20 years. After Trudy retired, she became a caregiver for in-home elderly until she was 80 years old. Trudy was always on the go, she did everything right to have a fulfilling and happy family life. Trudy was always planning holiday meals, birthdays, vacations and family and friends were always invited.
