Thomas J. Kelly, of Babylon Village, NY, (Ret. Comptroller, Town of Babylon) passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Bridget W. Kelly., devoted father of Mary Conroy (Robert), Thomas Kelly (Dawn), Bernadette Kirwin (Peter), Michael Kelly (Cecily), and Brendan Kelly (Jacqueline). Dear brother of Mary Ingrasciotta, Kevin Kelly and the late Nora Arnold and the late Michael Kelly. He is cherished by his ten grandchildren. Tom was a proud veteran of the US Army.

Friends may visit at the Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 448 West Main Street, Babylon Village, NY on Thursday, December 26, 2024 from 2:00 - 4:30 pm and 7:00 - 9:00 PM.

A Funeral Mass for Thomas will be held Friday, December 27, 2024 from 10:30 AM at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 39 N Carll Ave, Babylon, NY 11702. Thomas will be laid to rest with Military Honors at St. Charles Cemetery.
