Linda Ann (Sevier) Sullivan

Linda Ann Sullivan (nee Sevier), 63, of West Islip, entered into Eternal Life on Saturday, March 23, 2024. Beloved wife of 38 years of Stephen. Devoted mother of Catherine, and Matthew. Adored sister of Joann M. Sevier and her husband, Edwin Rosado. Loving sister-in-law of John W. Sullivan and Franca R. Sullivan. Cherished pet-mom of her cherished dog, Bailey. Also survived by her nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews, whom she adored. Predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Alice (Fitzgerald) Sevier, and her siblings, Mary Catherine Sevier and Thomas J. Sevier. Linda was an inspiration in her advocacy for Pulmonary Hypertension Support Group Leader and for those afflicted with ALS and those who care for them. A staunch Democrat, Linda was passionate about and always keenly interested in the political arena. She will be forever loved and deeply missed by each life that she touched, and fondly remembered for her love of dogs and the delight she drew from spending time in her pool. The Sullivan and Sevier family will receive friends at Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 448 W. Main Street, Babylon, Monday, April 1, 2024, 2:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Funeral mass 10:30 a.m. St. Joseph's RC Church, Babylon. Interment to follow at The Cemetery of The Holy Rood, Westbury.
