Son of the late Edward Owens and Vestina Sinclair, he is predeceased by his sisters: Barbara, June & Betty.
Wayne will be remembered with love and missed by his wife Louise; his 3 daughters: Brenda (Terry), Kathleen (Tom) and Deberah (James); his grandchildren: Alexandra, Natasha, Sarah Anne, Nate; his sisters: Blodwen, Marlene & his brother David.
Wayne leaves a legacy of love towards mankind and will be remembered as a man of wisdom, honesty, integrity, compassion, and kindness, always with a generous sprinkling of humour.
A Private Celebration will be held Saturday, April 9th at 2:00 p.m. Officiant: Syd Curry. Regretfully due to current restrictions, space is limited and participation is by invitation only.
