Tada is survived by his two sons; Hirotada Morita and Masatada Morita, daughters; Joann Morita, Trish Morita Hathaway, Brandi Culp Morita, Margie Godinez, Linda Gomez, Isa Fonseca; nieces: Nana Baird, Nami Morita, along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren including Zachery Morita, Hirotada Morita II, Austin Morita, Catrina Morita, Machiko Morita, Baylee Culp Morita, Jessica Lumsford.
Tada lived approximately 40 years of his life in Japan before becoming a citizen of the United States in 1997. Tada retired from Austin Independent School District after 15+ years of service at local Austin schools including Odom Elementary, Bedichek Middle School and Bowie High School.
Tada’s remains will be cremated. A portion of his ashes will be laid to rest with his late wife, Maria Morita at Cook-Walden Forest Oaks in Austin Texas. The remainder of his ashes will be placed with the Morita Family in Japan.
Tada was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Tada’s love for his family and friends will be missed by many that were blessed to know such an amazing man.
