For all of us that had the privilege of knowing Natalie you knew she was a fighter. She fought for what she believed in and what she loved most in life. The battle she fought against cancer was a fierce and courageous one.
Natalie was a person that walked the line of life. You never had to wonder where she stood because she was true to her beliefs, true to her friends and most importantly true to her family.
Natalie's greatest joy in life was her niece "Little Miss Haven"; she was a bright ray of sunshine when her life was full of dark clouds. Haven could make Natalie smile with the sound of her voice and bring joy to her day by sharing a kiss and an "I love you".
Natalie's favorite things to do in life were to plan trips to some destination with white sandy beaches and beautiful blue water. Taking what she called a blank canvas, whether it be a wall, a room, a house or a back yard and turning it into something amazing and beautiful, taking care of her plants, trees and flowers and last but not least, "Shopping!"
Natalie is survived by her husband of 32 years Bill Hogan, mother Pat Andrews, her husband Roger Jaracz, brother David Andrews, his wife Mandy and their daughter Haven Rae Andrews-Natalie's greatest joy in life.
The pain of Natalie's absence grows stronger by the second; we miss her deeply and wonder how we will ever survive without her. The fact that she is no longer in pain, and knowing Heaven received a beautiful new angel this week gives us something to smile about.
Natalie, we love you with all of our hearts and souls, you are already missed more than you could ever imagine. You will be with us as you planned in St. Lucia this December to celebrate your 50th birthday. As per your wishes, your final resting place will be the white sandy beaches of Belize where we will visit you often, and join you there when our missions here on earth are complete.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 23, 2011 at Bannockburn Baptist Church, 7100 Brodie Lane, Senior Pastor Ryan Rush will officiate.
For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made in honor of Natalie to the Hospice Austin’s Christopher House, 4107 Spicewood Springs Road, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78759.
