Michael Eugene Dilley

Michael Eugene Dilley passed away Sunday, October 24, 2010, in Austin, Texas. Michael had a passion for living life to the fullest. He was a wonderful husband and father who loved to provide for his family, from repairing everything in sight to restoring Mustangs. He was born August 10, 1983, in Austin, Texas, to parents Michael and Elaine Dilley. He met his wife, Lancie, in 1997, and they were married October 19, 2007. They welcomed their son, Cayden Ray, on January 25, 2008. Cayden immediately became Michael’s biggest joy in life, and enjoyed spending every moment with him. He worked at AirCo Mechanical for a couple of years and had been a member of Austin Area Stangs since 2005. He will be sorely missed by many.

Michael was preceded in death by his father and mother, Michael and Elaine Dilley; grandparents, Otis and Dorothy Dilley and Charles and Anastazia Krafka. He is survived by his wife, Lancie; and son, Cayden; sister, Anna Morrison and husband Shane; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A celebration of Michael’s life will be held Friday, October 29, 2010, at 2:00 pm at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 S. Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, the family would ask that donations be made to a fund in the name of Cayden Ray Dilley, at A Plus Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 14867 Austin, TX 78761-4867.
