He was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Austin, Texas Ken was also a graduate of Texas A&M where he earned a degree in Petroleum engineering.
Among his many hobbies were bowling, playing bridge and his passion Tennis.
Ken is survived by his wife, Charlotte; son Joe Savage and his wife Renee; grandchildren Ryan Savage, Alex Savage and Julianne Savage. Sisters Lucille Kontor of Omaha, Nebraska, Geraldine Moss of Denver, Colorado as well as many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Austin, Texas from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with the funeral Mass taking place immediately after.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery in Georgetown, Texas.
