Janine Marie Guasto Nutter a loving and charismatic fifty-one year old woman, an amazing and supportive mother of two, a caring and compassionate daughter, an endearing and empathetic friend too many passed away in her home the morning of June 23, 2013, in Round Rock, Texas. Janine was born on September 30, 1961, in Long Island, New York. In 1975, she moved with her parents and sister to Austin, Texas, from Ronkonkoma, New York.
Janine graduated from Pflugerville High School in 1979, where she was a cheerleader. After many accomplished years in the real estate industry, Janine began working at the Brushy Creek Community Center in Round Rock, where she developed many memorable connections with the community’s families and friends.
Janine will be forever remembered as a woman of faith, a passionate believer in human rights for all people, a fierce and loyal single mother, an animal lover and New York Yankee’s fan, and for her lifelong history of selfless philanthropy.
Janine is survived by her two children, David-James and Nicole Nutter, mother, Joanne Donato Guasto, sister, Jenette Guasto, aunt, Anita Donato, nephews, James Schrimsher and Raven McCord, great-niece, Lilu-Rai, and will be missed dearly by many other beloved family and friends.
Memorial Services will be conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on Sunday, the 30th of June 2013, in the Colonial Chapel of Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 North Lamar Boulevard, Austin, Texas.
Family and friends will be celebrating Janine’s life directly after the service at Brushy Creek Community Center, 16318 Great Oaks Drive, Round Rock, Texas 78681.
