Gajaraben Ishverlal Mesuria, 89, of Austin, Texas passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, September 28th. Gajaraben was born in Kumbhar Faliya, a small village of Navsari District in Gujarat, India. She showered her thirteen (13) Grandchildren, and eight (8) Great-Grandchildren with endless love and laughter. She will be remembered by her children: Raj & Rekha Mesuria, Suresh & Gita Mesuria, Ashok & Reena Mesuria, and Pravinlal & Sudha Mesuria.
She migrated alongside her late husband, Ishverlal Mesuria, to London, England and then to USA for a dream of a better life and opportunity for their family. She was a pillar of strength for her family and friends and her wisdom and warmth touched the lives of many. Outside of taking care of her family, she had a passion for shopping, jewelry, shoes, and a variety of savory and sweet delicacies. Her legacy of love and resilience will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
A prayer service for Gajaraben will be held Monday, October 2, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Weed Corley Fish Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 5416 Parkcrest Drive, Austin, TX 78731.
A funeral service will occur Tuesday, October 3, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Weed Corley Fish Funeral Homes and Cremation Services.
