Ernest Raymond Clark of Austin, Texas, passed away peacefully on April 3, 2007. He was born March 1, 1946 to Aaron F. Clark, Sr. and Lucille Jones Clark of New Orleans, Louisiana. He was a retired Postal Clerk. He was a member of Progress Lodge # 16 F & AM New Orleans, 10131 Chapter Knights of Columbus and St. Ignatius Church. Mr. Clark was preceded in death by his father, Aaron F. Clark, Sr.; sister, Sharon Clark; brother, Donald Clark. He is survived by his loving wife Hazel Thornton Perrault Clark; mother, Lucille Jones Clark; daughters, Leslie Clark, Robin Clark, Christine Perrault and Crystal Thornton; sons, Steven Clark, Gary Clark, Connell and Ronnell Thornton; sisters, Leah Irving, Barbara Carter, Carolyn Clark and Betty Clark; brothers, Aaron F. Clark, Jr., Norman Clark and Sherman Clark; seven grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and a large array of friends he has cultivated throughout his life. Visitation will be held at 9:00 am on Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church; with funeral mass to follow at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
