Deborah Ayala Copeland

her husband Dathan at her side. She was born on June 08, 1955 and was the eighth and

youngest child of Tomas and Martha Arredondo of Kerrville, Texas. From an early age Deborah

knew the joy of surrounding oneself with those you love and was always planning the next

opportunity to get her friends and family together to celebrate their love for each other.

Deborah's support of her family was always at the forefront, so it shouldn't come as a surprise

that in 1997 she and Dathan first met on the sidelines as they supported their daughters as

they played soccer. It was there they fell in love, and after a seven year courtship they married

on July 30, 2005.

Deborah is preceded in death by her parents, sister Sylvia, husband Ray and Dathan's wife

Lisa. She is survived by sisters Mary, Nancy and Dolores, brothers Ralph, Tommy and Joe,

husband Dathan, son Michael Ayala and wife Kandace, daughter Genevieve and husband

Phillip Moreno, daughter Amber and husband Brett Cooper, daughter April and husband Felipe

Martinez, daughter Ashley and husband Colt Damuth, grandsons Cameron, Alexander and

Nicholas and granddaughters Vivienne, Lily, Emmalisa and Savannah.

Visitation services will be held at the Cook-Walden Chapel of the Hills Funeral Home on

Wednesday, May 6th from 6-8 pm. Gravesite funeral services will be held at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Kerrville, Texas at a later date.
