Dear Val & family!  I had the pleasure of work for and with Kevin for 5 years as I began my Life Insurance career as an agent then a manager.  I learned a lot form this man and I really enjoyed the experience.  He will be welcomed in the next world. Wish the family the best.

We were sorry to hear of the sudden passing of Kevin.  Kevin was our financial planner since 1991 and prior to that managed the benefit and pension plan when Bob was employed at John Wheelwright Ltd.  Kevin showed kindness and empathy and was aware of the ups and downs of being self-employed.  He spoke lovingly and with pride of his family and was especially proud when he became a grandfather.  He spoke of his love of the cottage and missing the golden retriever that you used to have.  Last year my husband, daughter and I went on a vacation to Hawaii.  He spoke of the memories when you and him went to Hawaii on your 25th Wedding Anniversary.

We send our condolences to you Val and your family.  We will keep Kevin and you in our prayers.  We will miss our meetings with him.

As I fumbled to find the words to express my sadness of Kevin's passing, I reflected on Kevin. Since high school days I´ve known Kevin! He was dating my sister Val at the time and I was just the "little sister" - probably annoying them by hanging around too much! 
Well, despite of me, their relationship grew strong and lasting, so in 1974 they got married.... and had 3 lovely girls!  Kevin turned out to be the right choice - a loving husband and a devoted family man! 
We didn´t see him so often, but whenever we came to Canada, he was always generous, kind and helpful. 
He always made us feel very welcome and important in his family! 
Thank-you Kevin, for being my brother-in-law! 
We will miss you!

None of you will know me, but I remember Kevin from gr. 7 & 8 at Terraview Heights Public School (l961-62). Just a few years ago our local Terraview grads met for dinner at Frankie Tomato's and that was the first time I saw Kevin again after all those years.  Unfortunately, it was also the last time I saw him.  I have many great memories of fun times with him and the rest of our school friends and will always remember his energy and love of life.  I can see by all the wonderful photos that this energy followed him throughout his life and the love for his family and friends was utmost.  
May the memories you each have of Kevin bring you peace, comfort and smiles in the difficult days ahead.
