Shannon’s life was a selfless dedication to her loved ones. She tirelessly sacrificed her time for anyone in need, but especially for her children. Her unwavering support knew no bounds.
Despite her struggles, her radiant spirit remained eternally optimistic. Like sunshine on a cloudy day, her warmth and joy brightened everyone’s life. A force of nature, Shannon’s talents were diverse, from leading a rap group, to owning a food truck, or inspiring activists, she fearlessly pursued her passions. Recently, she had discovered her natural talent working as a cable TV lineman. Like a duck to water, she took to the role and became an integral part of her crew, finding deep satisfaction in the challenging work.
She was vibrant, fierce and empathetic. Fearless and compassionate, she possessed an unparalleled ability to love; she embraced everyone with open arms. Her love was a guiding light, illuminating the lives of many.
During her life, Shannon lived in many different places, but it was her most recent home in Georgia where she found solace. It was a place of peace, reminiscent of her childhood, even sharing a similar street name. Her daughter believes this was the final chapter, her journey was complete, and the universe granted her well-deserved rest.
